Situation
In the fast-paced production environment of a large agricultural company, there was a lack of real-time insight into stock, transport, and production KPIs.
Task
Create a central system that combines data from cultivation, planning, production, and transport into a single source of truth.
Action
Starting as a simple tool, I expanded this into a robust landscape based on Spring Boot. We are currently migrating to microservices. There is a strong focus on robustness and API documentation.
Result
A business-critical system that drives the entire logistical flow daily and provides managers with live data.
